Hot sauce ingredients
- 20 peppers of your choice (cayenne, jalapeño)
- 1 ½ cups vinegar
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 tsp minced fresh garlic
- Medium sauce pan
Pro tip: Wear gloves to protect your skin from hot pepper oils. They can rub off onto your hands and cause irritations
Hot sauce directions
Step 1: Prepare the peppers
Wash the peppers; cut the tops off and slice in half lengthwise.
Step 2: Combine and cook
Combine vinegar peppers, salt and garlic into a sauce pan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until peppers are soft (about 10 minutes).
Step 3: Blend
Pour everything into your blender and blend until liquefied. Want more spice? Add additional habanero peppers to taste.
Ranch ingredients
- 1 cup plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
- ¾ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp dried dill
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp lemon (to taste)
- Fresh, chopped chives garnish
- Salt to taste
Ranch Directions
Step 1: Mix
Combine Greek yogurt, garlic, onion, dill, salt, Worcestershire, lemon and cayenne in a food processor. Garnish with fresh chives, salt and serve.
Step 2: Serve & enjoy
Serve over fresh salad or chopped vegetables and enjoy.
