Easy almond butter and jelly cups

Make your own chocolate cups—and skip the additives! This recipe is naturally gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan. All you need is four ingredients!
Ingredients
- 10-oz bag dairy-free dark chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons extra virgin coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons all-natural fruit preserves
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- *Dash of sea salt (optional)
Directions
Step 1: Melt chocolate
Heat chips and coconut oil in a small saucepan on stove over low heat until melted, making sure they don’t burn.
Step 2: Pour base
Spread about 1 heaping teaspoon of melted chocolate into each of the 12 mini muffin pan liners.
Step 3: Add filling
Scoop about ½ teaspoon of jelly and a ½ teaspoon of almond butter into each cup.
Step 4: Top if off
Pour remaining chocolate into each cup. Add salt to taste.
Step 5: Freeze and enjoy
Transfer pan to freezer to set. Cups will be ready in as little as 10 minutes!
Pro tip: Keep cups fresh by storing them in an airtight container in the fridge.
