Make getting your intake of fruits and veggies fun with this great-tasting smoothie. Blueberries lead the way on flavor, while they team up with spinach to offer a high dose of nutrients. The result balances a dose of healthy fiber with no added sugar. 


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • banana 
  • ice (optional)

Directions

Step 1:

Place everything into a blender.

Step 2:

Puree until smooth.

Step 3:

Poor into two glasses and enjoy!
